Each Sexedelica item is made just for you after you place your order. Because of this, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds except for damaged or incorrect orders.

That being said... if something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll try to make things right. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer either a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

At this time, sorry but we DO NOT offer size or color exchanges because all products are made to order. We do not keep stock of items. Please double-check all product details before ordering.

Everything is the original artwork and designed by Sexedelica and manufactured and shipped by our supply partners at Prinful and Printify.

Shipping & Fulfillment

How are orders made?

All Sexedelica items are made to order.

That means nothing is sitting in a dusty warehouse and each piece is printed just for you after checkout. (How sweet!)

We work with trusted print partners Printful and Printify to bring the art to life and ship it safely to you.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the print partner closest to you whenever possible. This helps reduce delivery time and unnecessary travel.

How long does it take?

Here’s the usual timeline:

• Production: 2– 7 business days 

• Shipping:

  • U.S. orders: 2-8 business days

  • International orders: 7–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Good things come to those who wait. Anticipation is part of the experience.

Will my order arrive in separate packages?

Sometimes, yes.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where they’re produced.

Don’t worry, they’ll all find their way to you!

Customs & duties (for our international hotties x orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We wish we could charm them away but even magic has limits.

Lost or delayed packages

Once your order is shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier. If something seems truly off, reach out and we’ll help stalk them down like we stalk our exes.

Print-on-demand helps us reduce waste, overproduction, and unnecessary inventory and lets us (me) focus on the work itself.

We start making your order pretty quickly.
If you need to cancel or change something, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best BUT once it’s in production (usually within 12-24hrs), we can’t cancel or make edits.

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, don’t stress. Send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
